Mobile Staffing Services started at 2007 at Nevada and in 2015 expended to Southern California to address a real need for a local professional staffing firm. The larger national staffing firms focused more on building market share than working to develop strategic partnerships with area businesses and become fully engaged in the community. We built our reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service, and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.

Mobile Staffing is focused on providing employee assistance to business. Whether a business needs assistance in finding employees to work or needs assistance in running the payroll of its operation. Mobile Staffing is there for whatever is needed. With its team at the helm, Mobile Staffing sits with the management of the perspective client and addressed the problems that is needed to be resolved.
The company is dedicating to assisting all employee issues that can arise. Issues that normally need to be addressed are workers compensation costs, controlling over-time, ensuring employee adhere to the mandatory rest and meal breaks, issues regarding EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance), and ensuring that the employees are working in a safe environment.
